In one of the interviews with Bollywood Hungama Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor disclosed a number of things. He spoke many things like boycott trend, film industry and others.
He said that he doesn't want to go by
those who are trending the boycott mission of Bollywood movies. Arjun said the
time has come to give such people a hard reply as they are taking advantage of
their silence.
And so, this is the right time for
the entire industry to stand together and give a befitting reply to all such people
who are not only hating Bollywood films but also trending irrelevant boycott
trend.
His concern was also that people are
not watching the film and are still taking part in the boycott trend. And due to
this some of the latest and huge budget films like Raksha Bandhan and Laal
Singh Chaddha were flopped.
In the later part of his interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actor also spoke about the reason why he decided to do Bhoot Police.
He said an army guy asked him to do so. It all happened after
the failure of his film Panipat and he didn't know what to do about the failure
of his film at the box office.
And then suddenly, he got some hope.
He said that he was terrified with the failure of his film in the pandemic days
and couldn't understand why this was happening at all.
The first phase of the film was to be
shot in Dalhousie and the army had a barricading to enter the place where he
was completely lost in his own thoughts.
And soon he realized that this is the
audience to which he has been working for years. He liked the way his audience
remembered him. nd this gave him some sort of motivations well.
On the professional front, Arjun
Kapoor will next be seen in films like Kuttey and The Ladykiller.
He was last featured in Ek Villain
Returns starring Tara Sutaria, Disha Patani, and John Abraham.
